We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information NeuroAmaze does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, we do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out link โ€” there is nothing to opt out of.

If our practices change in the future, we will update this notice and provide a prominent "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our homepage at least 30 days before any such change takes effect.

5. Sensitive Personal Information

Under the CPRA, we collect the following categories of sensitive personal information:

  • Mental and physical health information: mood data, symptom logs, sleep data, mental health assessment results, medication information, and journal content
  • Account log-in credentials: email address and password hash (processed by Firebase Auth)

How we use sensitive personal information: We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you beyond what is necessary for the Service, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use.

You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to uses necessary to provide the Service. Because we already limit use to these purposes, no separate opt-out mechanism is required โ€” your privacy is protected by default.
